He has worked in the Talent Acquisition and Technology areas for more than 25 years covering General Management, Staffing, Business Process Engineering, Project Management, Systems Design, Sales and Marketing and Operations. Prior to starting Infinix in 1987, Uday worked with W.L. Gore and Associates and the Tata Group in India. Uday spearheaded one of the earliest outsourced IT projects when he delivered a retail banking solution that was designed and implemented remotely in India and deployed on site at the client premises. He shifted to IT Staffing and technical fulfillment at Tata where he managed operations for the Northeast US Region. Uday holds a Bachelor of Technology (B. Tech.) degree in Electrical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Bombay. Top Nileen Gohel, Vice President, Products and Services: Nileen is a seasoned IT professional with solid software development and project management experience in web applications, e-commerce, engineering, client/server and distributed systems. He is an expert in object oriented and multi-tier distributed systems and has successfully managed several teams of developers. At Infinix, Nileen plays the role of a product architect and is responsible for the complete product life cycle management. Prior to Infinix, Nileen has been associated with -Cysive Inc. US, Origin Technology, India and ConsIndia Ltd. Nileen holds a Bachelors degree in Technology (B Tech., Hons) from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur, one of India’s premier schools of Engineering and Technology. Top |
