and provide a cost/benefit analysis of what, if anything could be outsourced.
- Management of your IT Outsourcing Projects
If you have decided on outsourcing as a strategic option, but don't have the
time or resources to set up and manage an outsourcing relationship, Infinix
can do it for you. Subject to your approvals, it can evaluate and sign up outsourcing
vendors and manage one or more outsourcing projects providing an interface
between you and your vendors.
- Traditional IT Applications Outsourcing
We offer specific applications development, modification or support projects on a fixed-price, turnkey basis.
- Time-and-Materials (T&M) Outsourcing
You can retain qualified developers, testers, analysts, DBAs, team leaders,
etc. (whom you select), to staff your projects out of our India Development
Center at well below local costs. These resources form an extension of
your local project team and are retained on a T&M basis instead of the
traditional fixed-price model. Infinix provides the communication and management
infrastructure, including on-site staff as required, so you get the expected
productivity and quality out of these resources. This is a lower risk alternative
to traditional outsourcing that you can choose before you award project
management responsibilities to a vendor in the traditional model.
